16. The tenant accepts that USABOX may at any time approve this contract by providing the tenant with thirty (30) days of written communications, e-mail or other electronic communications, provided, however, that USABOX has the right to terminate this contract without delay in case of reasons (b), c) and/or e). The good cause includes, but is not limited to: (a) the tenant leaves the mailbox; (b) the tenant uses e-mail for illicit, illegitimate or fraudulent purposes; (c) the tenant does not pay the sums due to USABOX at maturity; (d) the tenant receives a disproportionate amount of parcels; (e) the tenant exhibits abusive, offensive or embarrassing behaviour towards other USABOX customers or employees; (f) the tenant is violating a provision of this agreement. The Tenant recognizes that for the purpose of determining the good cause for the termination of this agreement, as provided in this context, the actions of any person authorized by the tenant to use the mailbox are assigned to the tenant. 26.
